We accept returns within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:

• Item must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging

• Must include invoice or proof of purchase

• Applicable only for defective, damaged, or wrong product deliveries

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

• Used or damaged products (not caused during transit)

💸 Refund Process

• Once we receive and inspect the return, we’ll notify you of approval.

• Refund will be initiated within 5–7 business days to your original payment method or UPI.

In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refund will be sent via UPI or bank transfer.

🔁 Exchange Policy

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you want a different item, please return the original and place a new order.

📦 Return Shipping

• If the return is due to our error (wrong/defective item), return shipping is FREE.

• For other reasons (change of mind), return shipping must be arranged and paid by the customer.
