5. COD (Cash on Delivery) Orders

  • COD orders must be confirmed via call or WhatsApp before dispatch.

  • Fake or incomplete COD orders may be cancelled automatically.

  • Repeated fake COD attempts may result in blocking the customer from future purchases.

6. Order Processing & Delivery

  • Orders are shipped within 24–48 hours (working days).

  • Delivery time depends on location (typically 3–7 days).

  • Delays from courier companies are beyond our control, but we will assist you in tracking.

  • Return approval requires photos/videos for verification.
