At AiderShop, we want you to love your purchase. If thereโ€™s any issue with your order, weโ€™re here to help with easy returns, replacements, and refunds.


โœ” Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Product received damaged, defective, or not working.

  • Product received is different from what you ordered.

  • Missing parts or accessories.

  • Wrong color, style, or size received (if applicable).


โณ Return Window

You can request a return within 3 days of receiving your order.


๐Ÿ’ฐ Refund Policy

Refund is issued in the following cases:

  • Order canceled before shipping

  • Product is out of stock

  • Return request approved after verification

Refund will be processed to:

  • UPI / Bank Account

  • Original payment method (for prepaid orders)

โฑ Refund time: 3โ€“5 business days after product pickup.


๐Ÿ“ธ Required Proof

To approve your return/refund, we need:

  • Clear photos or a small video of the issue

  • Photo of the complete product & packaging

  • Order ID and registered phone number

This helps us verify and provide quick resolution.


โŒ Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Used, washed, or physically damaged items

  • Items without original packaging

  • Hygiene-related items (if seal is broken)

  • โ€œChange of mind / I donโ€™t want it anymoreโ€ reasons


๐Ÿšš Return Pickup

Once your return is approved:

  1. Our courier partner will schedule pickup

  2. Keep the product in its original packaging

  3. Return must include all accessories and freebies (if any)


๐Ÿ“ฆ COD Orders

For COD orders, refund will be issued via:

  • UPI (Paytm/PhonePe/Google Pay)

  • Bank Transfer

Customer must share UPI ID or bank details.
