To approve your return/refund, we need:

Clear photos or a small video of the issue

Photo of the complete product & packaging

Order ID and registered phone number
This helps us verify and provide quick resolution.
โ Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:

Used, washed, or physically damaged items

Items without original packaging

Hygiene-related items (if seal is broken)

๐ Return Pickup
Once your return is approved:

Our courier partner will schedule pickup

Keep the product in its original packaging

Return must include all accessories and freebies (if any)

For COD orders, refund will be issued via:

Bank Transfer
Customer must share UPI ID or bank details.
